It offers ecosystem builders actionable insights, proven methodologies, and strategic tools to strengthen collaboration, identify ecosystem strengths and weaknesses, and promote innovation-driven entrepreneurship.

Through five structured chapters, the toolkit provides a conceptual foundation, a development framework, practical methodologies, engagement strategies, and a comprehensive library of tools and templates. It draws on global best practices and real-world experiences from six European countries, offering ecosystem actors a practical, adaptable roadmap for increasing their local impact and supporting startups at scale.
